ISSR Licensed Breeders are fully dedicated to the breed founder's vision and are closely working with her in order to expand this specialized gene pool properly!

All breeding stock must pass the strict ISSR requirements and have breed warden approval!

All puppies are evaluated as per the Litter Evaluation (LER) manual by ISSR certified testers!

Those unwilling to comply with the established protocol are removed from the program!

Tina Barber, the breed founder, takes things VERY seriously, and she expects those that have agreed to adhere to her requirements (allowing them to HONESTLY use her kennel name) to live up to their commitment!

Those that are unable to fulfill their commitments often end up going inactive, while others with possibly the wrong intentions, have chosen to jump into the "sliver" camp, where they can practice their "outback" theme - no rules, just right!
