Please be reminded that unresolved complaints concerning the Licensed Breeders Agreement must be submitted to the SSDCA, Inc. Grievance Committee with all pertinent information in writing. Should the complaint be deemed valid, the Grievance Committee will forward the complaint to the SSDCA, Inc. Advisory Board of Directors for final disposition. They in turn will forward the validated complaint to the ISSR, Inc. for final resolution.

The Schedule of Sanctions is as follows: (each number coincides with the number of the requirement as stated in the Licensed Breeders Agreement)

1. Each new substantiated complaint will result in a $50.00 fine, payable to the ISSR, Inc.

2. Reactivation to the Original Shiloh Shepherd Academy forum will be considered when a three page, typewritten report is presented to the ISSR, Inc. on any subject specifically assigned by the Breed Warden. If this occurs again, within 1 year, the requirement will be 3 such reports.

3. As stated in requirement 3 of the signed agreement, I fully understand that my failure to comply could lead to the suspension of my breeding privileges.   

4. As stated in requirement 4 of the the signed agreement, I fully understand that my failure to comply could lead to the suspension of my breeding privilege.

5. Your failure to initiate and continue a comprehensive follow-up support program for the puppies you produce or co-produce will result in the removal of your name as a recommended breeder until such time as the situation is rectified. Furthermore, you will not be allowed to participate in any co-op ads. Continued abuse will result in the termination of your license.

6. As per the ISSR, Inc. rules and regulations, failure to provide placement forms on each litter stating the exact quality of the puppy sold and all other requested information will prevent the processing of said puppies’ papers. Any such puppy that has not been processed due to your failure to comply with the ISSR, Inc. rules will constitute a mandatory 90 Day suspension and the possible revocation of your license in the event you fail to provide the pertinent information concerning each transaction.

7. As stated in requirement 7  of the signed agreement I fully understand that my failure to comply could lead to the suspension of my breeding privileges.

8. Failure to obtain 3 or more personal students will result in a comprehensive study on any subject as deemed pertinent by your fellow Licensed Breeder team mates. Failure to post the results of these study programs could result in probation.

9. When you are put on probation with the "team" – a $250.00 fine will be imposed by the ISSR, Inc.

10. As stated in requirement 10 of the signed agreement, I fully understand that my failure to comply could lead to the suspension of my breeding privileges.
