Dear ISSDC Members:
We are pleased to inform
you that the Shiloh Shepherd Dog Club of America, Inc. Advisory Board,
after weeks of discussion and careful deliberation, has unanimously
agreed to offer you a one-time opportunity to return to the SSDCA, Inc.
and the International Shiloh Shepherd Registry, Inc. Under no
circumstances will any such proposal be repeated. This offer is good for
a period of 30 days from the date of this letter.
The following
non-negotiable items and conditions apply:
1.Your dog(s) will be re-instated on a
5-year probationary period only. If any ISSR, Inc. rules are broken,
their papers will be permanently revoked. The rules may be found at our
website, http://www.shilohshepherds.org/learningcenter/issr..htm.
2.During this probationary time the
Breed Warden must approve all breedings.
3.You must agree to follow all ISSR
rules and re-instate pre-existing co-ownerships on all ISSR stock in
order to qualify your dog(s) for re-admittance. Furthermore ISSDCR dogs
applying for admittance need to have the signatures of both parties
where co-ownerships exist agreeing to the transfer of these dogs to the
ISSR in order to adhere to the established ISSR rules.
4.All dogs (out of originally
registered ISSR, Inc. parents) not registered with the ISSR, Inc. will
be re-evaluated by the Breed Warden or her designated representative
after one year of age prior to admittance. All dog(s) before admittance
will need to submit DNA tests and new or valid hip certification as per
ISSR rules.
5.You
are required to join the SSDCA, Inc. (if not already a member) with full
5-year pre-payment and sign the Breeders Code of Ethics. You will not
be allowed voting rights for the first 3 years and will not be allowed
to hold any office for the duration of the 5-year probation.
This offer is predicated
upon the permanent termination of your ISSDCR records with validated
proof such as a letter to the ISSDCR registrar terminating their ISSDCR
papers forwarded to the ISSR, Inc., PO Box 309, Silver Springs, NY
14550. Individual
contracts must be signed agreeing to the above terms. Copies will be
filed with the SSDCA, Inc., the ISSR, Inc. and the Chairman of the
Grievance Committee.
This limited time offer
is good for a period of 30 days from the date of this letter. Your
response must be postmarked by November 27, 1999.
If you have any questions, please contact our club secretary at ssdcaboard@aol.com
